## Editorial Policy and AI Use

*How BW Game Hub researches, writes, checks and corrects its content, where AI is and is not used, and how our partnership with Betway works.*

BW Game Hub publishes sports news, betting-regulation explainers, market guides and operator facts. Readers use these pages to make decisions about gambling, so every page follows the rules below.

## Sourcing and fact-checking

- **Licences and regulation.**
  
  We do not take licence numbers, regulatory status or legal claims from an operator’s marketing. We check them against the public register of the regulator concerned, such as the
  
  [Malta Gaming Authority (MGA)](https://www.mga.org.mt/)
  
  or the national regulator of the market a guide covers.
- **Offers and terms.**
  
  Offer details are checked against Betway’s current published terms. If terms change, we update or remove the page.
- **Payments.**
  
  Payment methods, withdrawal terms and availability by country are checked against official documentation.
- **Dates.**
  
  Every page shows the date it was published. We update guides when the facts in them change.

## Who writes our content

Our articles and guides are written and edited by people on our editorial team. They are published under team bylines, the Sports Analysis Unit and the Casino Analysis Unit, and each byline links to a page describing that team’s role and what it covers. Before a page goes live, an editor checks it for accuracy.

## How we use AI

Our articles are written by people, not by AI. We may use AI tools to help with background research and outlines. Any fact that comes from that research is checked by an editor against a primary source before it is published.

Some pages may show a short automatically generated summary, for example on a match page. Where that happens, the summary is clearly labelled as AI-generated.

AI is never used to:

- calculate betting odds or judge market probabilities;
- make claims about licences or regulation;
- write reviews of operators or products, or reach editorial conclusions.

## Corrections

We review our pages regularly, and we act on errors that readers, operators or regulators point out to us. When we confirm that a fact, an offer or a detail is wrong or out of date, we correct the page.

## Responsible gambling

- Our content is for adults aged 19 or over, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher.
- We do not publish content aimed at minors.
- We never present gambling as a way to make money or to solve financial problems.
- Our market guides point to local support services where they exist.
